Beat the Flu Campaign - SOPH Bekaa

In accordance with the influenza (flu) season, the School of Pharmacy (SOP) at Bekaa Campus organized "Beat the Flu" Campaign between 9 and 12 October 2017. The purpose of this campaign was to educate the Lebanese International University (LIU) students from all majors about the importance of influenza vaccination. The SOP's faculty members and students provided information regarding influenza including signs and symptoms, methods of transmission and the serious complications that it can cause.

Also, they highlighted its preventive strategies with thorough elaboration about the vaccination being the first and most effective strategy where they encouraged the students to take it. Informative leaflets and fact sheets about the disease were handed to all students who were very glad to know more about this very common disease.
