"As-safir school visit"

Earlier today in Nabatieh: LIU received a group of 8th graders from As-Safir High School. The students inquired about educational life after school, in general, and what LIU does, in particular. The Director and some Assistant Deans explained how university life and education shapes the life and career of its graduates. They engaged the visiting students with a vivid discussion about all aspects of univeristy activities. They toured the campus before heading back to their school.
